Our minimum order quantity is 500 units, which is a lot lower than the industry standard of 1,000-5,000 units. That makes it way more accessible for small business owners like you to give our custom packaging a go without breaking the bank. You can order a small batch, check it out and see how it looks and feels, and then order more when you're ready.
Our standard production time is anywhere between 5 to 10 business days after we've got your proof sorted. If you're in a real hurry though, we can rush order for you in 3-5 business days. Plus, with our USA based manufacturing set-up, you'll be getting your boxes a heck of a lot faster compared to waiting months for them to arrive from overseas.
The good news is that digital printing means you won't have to worry about any setup fees or plate costs. This is perfect for small print runs (think 500 to 5,000 units). If you're printing in bulk though (5,000+ units), we do charge a one-off plate setup fee, but it's still way less than you'd pay with offset printing.
Absolutely, we can. We use really advanced digital printing to deliver full CMYK colour with over 16.7 million colour combinations to pick from. We also do Pantone PMS colour matching for offset printing, which means we can match your brand's exact colours perfectly.
Yeah, we ship to the US and Canada with standard shipping options. If you're based elsewhere, we can definitely ship to you, but it's a bit more complicated and will take a little longer.
We like to get your files in a PDF, AI, EPS or PSD format, and they need to be at least 300 DPI resolution and in CMYK colour mode. That way we know we've got high quality files to print with.
Of course, we love sending out free samples so you can see how our boxes look and feel in real life. Sample pricing varies, but we're always happy to send some our way for you to check out.
